Karamitros Reserve was inspired by our family olive groves that have been lovingly cared for over generations. More than a place where olives are grown, they represent family, tradition, and the joy of sharing a meal with the people you love.

Those groves became part of my story when David proposed beneath these olive trees. As the years passed, I watched him intentionally share his family's Greek heritage with our three boys, teaching them the values, traditions, and appreciation for the land that had been passed down to him. Watching that legacy continue inspired me to create Karamitros Reserve—not simply to share olive oil, but to honor the traditions that have become such an important part of my family's story.

Every bottle comes from our family estate and is carefully produced to preserve the fresh flavor and character of the olives.
